Goals this week!
Students should read this to parents.
 ·        I will do my word work homework.
   
·        I will observe the moon at night and try to identify the current moon phase.

 

·        I will name three ea words that make the long e sound .

 
I will add and subtract a tens group from a number in my head (ex: 27 + 10 = 37; 27 – 10 = 17.)

Spelling Words: (no homework for these, we work with them in class) boat road show

Word Study: 3 letter blends, oa and ow sounds, author's purpose
Books we Love: 
If You Decide to Go to the Moon by Faith McNulty

Math: adding/subtracting tens groups, splitting circles, quick addition facts
Social Studies: global folktales about day & night, the moon

Science: moon phases
